Too old for the lullaby room and learning to sit through the church service?
This might be your child. Maybe your child would enjoy Children’s Church. Leaving before
the scriptures and going to Fellowship Hall will provide children ages 4-8 a time of age-appropriate
lessons, stories, and activities. Tara Miller, acknowledging the need, approached Jan Przybylski
offering to help restart this program. Now we need volunteers to help set up a schedule to cover this
time during the service. If you are interested, please contact Pastor Jeff, Tara, or Jan P.
Additionally, Sarah Woodard in the lullaby Room is also in need of a second person to help each week to fulfill the Safe Sanctuary requirements.
WE ARE RECRUITING TEACHERS AND HELPERS FOR SUNDAY SCHOOL IN THE FALL.
Please contact Pastor McDowell if you are feeling called to teach or to assist.
Currently we need help with these grade levels: Preschool; Kindergarten through 5th grade; 6th – 8th grade.
WE NEED TO KNOW ASAP so we can plan to begin Sun. School September 8th.
Help Cleaning the Kitchen! Thursday the 5th of September,
we need help cleaning/preparing the kitchen for painting the walls, ceilings, and cupboards.
We need to wash the walls and the cupboards before anything can be painted.
Please call the church office or see Bob Aiello on Sunday and let us know if you can help.
We can start as early as you like or later if you want. If you can only give an hour of your time, we need you!
The more we have the easier it will be to finish this project. Bob will be here at 9am.
